• Free Standard Post: For orders over $49
• Express Post (1-2 business days): $10.95
• Free Express Post: For orders over $149

• Carrier: We use Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au).

Shipping Options:

• Standard Post (Estimated delivery in 6+ business days):
  Flat rate of AUD $20.
• Free Standard Post: For orders over AUD $200

Order Processing and Tracking

When Will My Order Ship: Processing time takes 1 to 2 business days (orders placed after 9 AM will be processed the next business day). Once processed, Australia Post will handle the delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped.

Missing Packages: If you cannot locate your package, please reach out to [theskinfoodaus@gmail.com] immediately. Once an order is delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
